I want to change the default location of each platform folders so I added my custom to the root of the project which you can find here: module. you can do that in the prefs/library/user, there is an entry called 'standard user directory' click on it select the folder you want maybe rescan - and go. On windows, the presets are stored in OS drive \Documents\Xfer\Serum Presets\Presets and user-folder is made for the users Serum Sounds /Custom presets but since it is purely file-based you can create any folder under presets.
